1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AirBnB Cleaning Service of Dallas ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

We provide professional cleaning services for Airbnb and vacation rental properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our services include, but are not limited to, rental turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, linen laundry services, and related housekeeping services.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours notice for standard bookings. Same-day service may be available at an additional fee, subject to availability.

You must provide accurate information about your property, including address, access instructions, and any special requirements. Failure to provide accurate information may result in service delays or additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations at the time of service will be charged the full service amount.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on property size, condition, or special requirements discovered during service. Any additional charges will be communicated to you before work begins.

6. Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to your property. This includes providing keys, access codes, or other entry methods as necessary. You represent that you have the legal right to grant access to the property and that our staff will not be trespassing.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to your property or belongings
• Damage caused by faulty or worn items
• Loss of business income due to service delays or cancellations
• Items that cannot be cleaned using standard cleaning methods
• Damage caused by failure to disclose special requirements or hazards

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and supported by photographic evidence.

8. Service Follow-Up

If you have questions about completed services, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review your concerns and coordinate next steps.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property ofAirBnB Cleaning Service of Dallas and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
